Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: [[EFFECTIVE DATE]] · Content Factory

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work for Content Factory, operated by [[COMPANY LEGAL NAME / SRL]]. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise) through Stripe. Each billing period grants a monthly usage quota that resets each cycle and does not roll over.

2. Cancellation

3. EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Content Factory supplies digital services that begin immediately, by starting to use the Service (e.g. creating your first job) during the withdrawal period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. To the extent the service has only been partly performed, any refund may be reduced proportionally to what you have used.

4. Refunds

5. How to request a refund

Email [[contact@yourdomain.com]] from your account's email address, including your account email and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. Repeated failure may result in cancellation of the subscription.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we will try to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

8. Contact
